Version 0.3.1 released
Escape from General Critter » Devlog
What's this? Two releases and two devlogs, two days in a row? The world must be coming to an end...
Just a couple of small additions:
- Added springboards, which can bounce the player up to adjustable altitudes with a satisfying "boing" sound.
- Added a tutorial level #8 to demonstrate the springboard.
- Foreshadowing the next enemy to be added on the new tutorial level...
- A few tweaks to some graphics (darkened the "used" parts of the health hearts, changed the warning since in tutorial #5 from red to orange).
Still enjoying where this is going, though work will slow down over this weekend, given it's Ludum Dare #55 and I'm taking part. It'll be my 10th Ludum Dare, ninth in a row, and the first using Godot rather than Unity.
